Dear Ray School Families,

In the past two weeks, we've had many learning opportunities outside the building. Last week the fourth and fifth graders attended a symphony performance at Plymouth State University. As the symphony played, students joined in with their prepared recorder piece they'd been practicing in music class. The second graders attended a field trip at Fort #4 for their Colonial Day unit. First grade classes are preparing and planting in the Ray Garden so that their kindergarten friends can harvest next year. This past Wednesday, many of you joined our annual Walk and Bike to School Day. Thank you, Hanover community and families, for supporting these wonderful experiences for our students.

Is your child returning next year?
We have started our placement process for next year and would like to have the most accurate numbers as we go through this process.  If you haven't already filled out the 2017/18 Enrollment Form, please click on this link to complete it.  Thank you for your help.

Seussical, the Musical
Join the Cat in the Hat, Horton the Elephant and friends for Richmond Middle School's production of "Seussical, the Musical!" It's a show for all ages, with singing, dancing, colorful costumes and sets and beloved Dr. Seuss characters. You don't want to miss it!The "Seussical" Production Team is opening up Dress Rehearsal on May 17 at 4:00pm especially for elementary students and their parents. We would love to have an audience full of kids laughing and clapping and this way, we can make sure to have enough seats on the performance dates for all of the RMS students and staff, plus the families of our dynamic (and large) cast! Please arrive with plenty of time to park and find seats. We will start the show at 4pm sharp, so our cast can be done on time. Entry is $1 per person and all proceeds will help to offset the cost of the costumes and set. Please email jennlanghusstudio@gmail.com to RSVP. Just give your name and how many seats you will need. We hope to see you there!!!

5th Grade Parent Meeting @ RMS
